Register now for Francophone newcomers showcase

Young Francophone artists from Canada and abroad with a fully-completed performing arts production may register for the 14th annual Vue sur la relève festival, which will take place April 7-18, 2009, in Montreal. SOCAN members who were discovered partly thanks to this newcomers’ showcase include singer-songwriters Pierre Lapointe, Daniel Boucher and Mes Aïeux, and storyteller Fred Pellerin.

Professional performing artists under the age of 35 have until Oct. 22, 2008, to enter a professional production in the arts of song, dance, theatre, music, circus, etc., either online from the Festival site OR by mail, forwarding two copies of their application to the following address:
