Tariff 4B3 - Classical Music Concerts (Annual Licence for Presenting Organizations)

How to calculate your licence fees for the year:
Complete the calculation on the next page for all the concerts you have listed. For concerts with free admission, the fee is .96% of what is paid to the performing artists. For concerts with paid admission, the fee is .96 % of concert revenues. Concert revenues include gross ticket sales, subscription and membership revenues for all concerts, including those where no Works are performed in the series (exclusive of sales and amusement taxes) with a minimum annual fee of $35 for 2010.
